Shipping Policy

We strive to get your gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

Processing & Shipping Times: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the 5-7 days.  International shipping times vary based on location and customs processing.

Shipping Rates & Carriers: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.

 

Tracking & Delivery: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.  Summit Grappling Academy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@thegrapplestore.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

 

Returns: Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days (exc. shipping fees).

 

Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.

 

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as [list of non-returnable items,  for example mouth g], cannot be returned.

 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
