Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

• Returns: Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days (excluding shipping fees).

• Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as [list of non-returnable items, if any], cannot be returned.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
